About Me

There have been a few pivotal moments that have shaped the course of my journey. I began my studies with the intention of working in social care, but life had other plans. Instead, I travelled parts of the world through a cultural exchange programme. This opened my heart and mind to the richness of diverse cultures and the universal importance of genuine human connection.

When I returned home, I stepped into the corporate world and spent over a decade in management. While this chapter brought growth, I found myself increasingly desensitised by the consumerist culture we often find ourselves in. I knew there was a deeper sense of purpose and a meaningful offering I could bring to the world.

Seeking spiritual wisdom, living fully and cultivating a sense of belonging through connection; touches the very essence of what it means to be human. For me, this path involves deep inner work, mindful presence and a willingness to grow through joy and challenge.

Connection and healing have remained a constant thread throughout my life.

I returned to study, first exploring an interest in psychology and then completing foundational levels of counselling training. These paths offered insight but still felt slightly misaligned, until a message arrived from a close family member with a link to training with Aimee Rai at the International School of Holistic Healing- Something clicked. As I read through the course content and offering, I was overcome with emotion. I knew, without a doubt, this was my path.

Now, years on, after completing this immersive and transformative training, I stand at the beginning of a new chapter, ready to share Journey with Connection, a space rooted in presence, healing, and the deep knowing that our lives are woven together through shared stories, reconnection to self, and sacred connection to the earth.

I realised that my external life no longer reflected my internal truth, I needed to open myself to transformation. Moving from success defined by external standards; to a life guided by authenticity and inner alignment.

I am on a lifelong journey of self-discovery, rooted in compassion, for both myself and others.

This path has led me into the teachings of Tibetan Buddhism and the Dharma. Here I continue to learn and grow, where a framework for ethical conduct, mental discipline and wisdom prevail. A guided path pointing towards liberation from suffering and a cycle of rebirth. My personal practice weaves together movement, meditation and self-devotion. These rituals help me feel grounded and present, deepening my relationship with self whilst cultivating clarity, reflection and intuitive insight. Being in the body in this intentional way strengthens my inner knowing, my intuition, by fostering a felt sense of presence.

This embodied approach is also central to the somatic and medicinal movement offerings I share. I believe that through conscious movement and stillness, we access deeper layers of awareness, healing, and connection.

My Purpose

  • I witness immense human suffering and a system wildly strained by its rising demand. Time and again, I meet people who are disappointed, disempowered, and uncertain about where to turn- unable to access the long-term support they truly need. Our local resources are stretched thin and underfunded, and it’s clear to me that we’ve reached a pivotal point where change is not only necessary but essential. Oftentimes we’re starved of genuine connection, caught in an endless loop of thoughts, always doing and rarely just being. What would it mean to observe the mind’s narrative to step back, release ourselves from the inner noise, and ease our suffering? How do we break free and create a life grounded in joy, connection, and resilience? A life that supports clarity even in the face of change and struggle?

  • My path has always been rooted in service- holding space with an open heart and a deep inner knowing that I am here to support others on their journey. In our fast-paced, often disconnected Western culture, many of us have lost touch with vital aspects of our humanity: connection to spirit, to our bodies, to each other, and to the natural world. This fragmentation has led many to hide their true selves or feel a quiet sense of longing they can't quite name. Yet beneath that longing is a deep desire to return to community, to healing rituals, to the power of storytelling, song, and shared presence. It is in these spaces of authentic connection that we rediscover our wholeness, and with it, a profound sense of freedom.

  • The journey begins and ends with you. In our time together, we will gently explore emotional wounds and uncover root causes in a space that is both trauma-informed and relationally safe. This work is not about quick fixes, it’s about creating lasting, radical inner shifts. Through somatically led therapy, we move beyond traditional talking therapy to help you reconnect with your true self, perhaps even a version of you that you’ve never known before.

Along the way, you'll gain tools to understand and regulate your nervous system, developing a deeper awareness of how your body holds and processes experiences. When the time is right, we may integrate life story exploration and processing sessions to support your unique healing path. This journey is not one to be rushed, but it is one that will offer you new perspectives, expanded self-understanding, and the capacity to be fully, authentically human.

How I forge personal self alignment

Daily Stillness

I endeavour to create space each day to listen inwardly; this can reveal so much. It nurtures self-awareness and intuitive wisdom.

Authentic Self-Inquiry

I regularly ask, “What is truly meaningful to me? What am I called to become? How can I show up for myself today?” This anchors my life in purpose.

Sacred Connection, to Nature, Spirit, and Community

Whether through nature walks, prayer, or deeply aligned relationships, I prioritise moments that dissolve the illusion of separateness.

Embodying Wholeness

Let your growth be lived, not just understood. Integrate your insights into how you speak, relate, work, and rest.

Belonging Through Vulnerability

True connection comes when you show up as your full self. I practise sharing from my heart with safe people in growth-focused spaces.

Wisdom from Many Paths

Explore teachings from mystics, sages, poets, and spiritual traditions. I allow resonance, not dogma, to guide me on my way through life.

“ Your purpose is not the thing you do. It is the thing that happens to others when you do what you do”

Healing begins with connection

Offering one-to-one somatic therapy, I create a safe, heart-centred space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and emotionally supported. My approach is holistic and body-based, guiding you gently back into connection with yourself through nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and a trauma-informed therapeutic container.

Together, we tend to the root of emotional wounds, not just the symptoms. Whether you're navigating trauma, seeking reconnection with your body, or looking to transform emotional pain into deeper self-awareness and ease, I offer grounded, compassionate support through Somatic Processing, Bilateral Techniques, and Parts Work. All sessions are rooted in relational safety, empowerment, and the belief that healing begins by coming home to yourself.
